We helped SonoSite develop their ultrasound systems and peripherals, as well as supporting their use of Pro/Engineer and Intralink. Design work included extensive Pro/Engineer modeling.  This design work included die-cast, injection molded, co-molded, elastomeric and machined parts. The C1 Cart was redesigned to eliminate more than half of parts from previous version.  The transducers developed involved extremely complex surface modeling for ergonomics.

Philips Medical Systems

Developed mechanisms for articulation of Ultrasound cart. Design work includes advanced surfacing, plastic and die cast part design, electronic packaging. Support work includes customization of CAD and design standards, as well as the PDM/PLM database setup and support.

Patent 6,651,586 received on a design for a viquarium.

Man Roland

Work included design of high speed precision rotating paper handling and printing equipment. Design work included large scale machining, castings, gearboxes and drivetrains, mechanisms. Project work included overseeing filed service installation of several machines.

We helped Anglo Engineering to automate their sheetmetal design and NC manufacturing processes, as well as supporting their use of Creo CAD through customization, training and ongoing support. Roland worked onsite with the Anglo team for 2 years managing their mechanical design work.

We developed a number of custom machines for the beverage can printing industry. Design work included extensive machined parts, drive systems, mechanisms and sheet metal part design. Project management of a team of eleven to develop the worlds first eight color can printer.

Patent 5,386,900 received on an adjustable can infeed design.

Patent 5,970,865 received for developing new method of printing multiple colors onto beverage cans.
